Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

- Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product. 

- Items must be returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

- A copy of your receipt must be included with your return.

Please note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page.

 

To request a return: 

  1. Email contact@xtranatural.com and include your order number with the name(s) of the product you wish to return. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  2. Your return request will be processed by Extra Natural's Order Services Team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to us.

Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Extra Natural unless Extra Natural shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.

Extra Natural reserves the right to request a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Extra Natural reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or a refund at any time, at our discretion.
